In 2020-21, Altrincham Football Club operates teams, as follows:

First Team

Altrincham FC's first team is a member of the Vanarama National League (national) Division to which it was re-promoted in 2020

Reserve Team

Altrincham FC's reserves' team is a member of the Cheshire Football League.

Women's Team

Altrincham FC women's team competes in the in the North West Regional League, Division One South. They also have a Development team in Division 2 of the Cheshire Women's & Youth League. The team seems to have changed its name in 2020/21 from ALtrincham FC Ladies.

Academy

Altrincham FC Academy Under-19s was set up in September 2020 and is a member of the National League U19 Alliance.

Youth Teams

Altrincham FC Youth teams have undergone major reorganisation since 2020.

Younger age-group teams play under the umbrella of the Altrincham FC Juniors, who have their own website.
